a&o if the 3rd reich won the war

now this might seem rediculous but this evening ive seen a couple alternate histories and i started thinking, "what would this movie be like if the nazis won the war?"
the first thing i thought was the reichs national anthem being incorperated in the movie, can anyone think of any other posibilities?
note: i am not trying to offend anyone, this is only a what if thread
